Taylor Wright- Printmaker and Sculptor
"The overarching theme of all my work, regardless of material, is clear; I am creating beings, imbued with personality and purpose, out of the inanimate and the blank, and I am creating them to make a shared imaginative space between myself and the audience."
Taylor Wright is currently a bronze metal artisan at Pyrology Foundry and Studio in Bastrop, Texas. Their independent artistic practice navigates through both two- and three-dimensional mediums with ease, and more often than not has a fixation on strange-looking creatures with hearts of gold.
